ECS getting debited even after doing the full payment to the loan account and the bank respresentative (Kavya) is very negligent about their duties and resposibilities. Very rarely this person will attend the call and even after attending the call, she wont do any valuable check or work for the customer.
Very irresponsible people at the front desk.
Have done the full closure amount on 3rd of May 2017 and my account is showing -4K plus as balance. even then the lady Kavya is not ready to remove the ECS for my account. Reminded the team multiple time and i got the confirmation that the ECS is removed and after then on 12th of may since i received the ecs deduction notification (which asked me to keep the sufficient account balance), i did called up to Kavya and she said she will check it. But no action been taken and the ECS got deducted on 15th.
This happened because you have an irresponsible people at the helpdesk who does the negligent work. Especially Kavya. She does not know how to speak to customers correctly. Since it is the mistake from you, and since the bank is holding my money, i should be getting interest on it. And i was asked to come and collect the cheque for the refund. I value for my time and i dont want to fight back for my rights. since the amount is deducted from my account with bank's mistake, request to credit it back to my account with interest (for the days you are holding it).
