Self and Wife, Sr. Citizens have drawn a sum of Rs.20 lakhs as Home Loan from this bank at Vijayanagar, Bangalore and repaying the EMIs without any problem. The loan was drawn in Apr 2016 and the EMI fixed is Rs.31, 363/- monthly. This is being paid regularly. In Mar 2017, we paid Rs.1, 00, 000/- and requested to not draw the EMI. Our request went unheeded and besides this Rs.1, 00, 000/- they also collected the prescribed EMI and thus in the month of March 2017 we paid Rs. 1, 31, 363/-. We expected that they will reduce the interest equal to this One lakh. But it didn't happen. They still impose the EMI at the same rate of Rs.31, 363/- every month and not keeping us informed as how this Rs.1, 00, 000/- is accounted. This is going on ha penning despite of the assurance given by their Dy GM of customer care.

Can fin homes customer online portal is not available from many days. I need to keep trace of EMI deducted and remaining amount .As well I need thato for getting annual sheet for Income tax declaration submission. Please do the needful at the earliest.

I took home loan from can fin, ROI is 8.95, now it is 8.50. but bank is not reducing the interest rate automatically. Why?, Could you please check and suggest.
