Can Fin Homes — Loan pre closure is pending with no response

Address: Cuddalore

I had raised a request to pre close my loan on April 1st, 2022, but I am not getting any response from Can Fin Homes. I tried contacting the branch manager, but he is also not picking up my calls. And the branch office is closed for a longer time.

kindly help me to close my loan (I am ready to pay my balance amount) and get my original documents back as soon as possible .
