My self balwant Gulab yadav taken a loan from your bank my home loan A/C no[protected] from dharuhera branch.I have completed my loan and your branch manager has told me that you will get your original file within a week they are given the date 5th August 2016 but I don't get it .then they have told me you will surely get on Monday date 8th august 2016.then today I have visit to your branch now they are giving me again new date.what service your are providing to your customer like this.pls give me the exact date of my original file.when we are taking the loan you are promising to give better service but I don't think you have given me better service next time I will not take loan from your bank.
