This is to inform you that I am following my case regarding the foreclosure letter and all necessary documents from 3rd March-22 onwards from my Greater Noida branch, even though I had physically visited and submitted all my documents for further proceedings but i am very disappointed about the response which i am not getting from neither your branch nor the head office form which i am following from 14th March-22 onwards.
If this is the customer satisfaction and the services which you are providing I am sorry to say about that then in comparison with private banks their services are far better. Being a subsidiary of a national bank, your prime responsibility should be customer focus and to address their issues which might be they are not getting from branch and totally rely on your head office.
Hence my humble request you to kindly provide my foreclosure letter and all necessary documents before 31st March-22 so i may close my deal otherwise i may lose my current deal from the buyer and in that case too, i will transfer my loan to any of the private bank (customer focused bank) rater then to your bank.
