Capital Growth Unit Scheme — misbehave by a jawan with officer in mod

I am a gazetted officer. I was travelling through cantt. Kanpur on 01.12.18 i n my car. At 1205 hrs i was entering to cantt. From lalbangla side towards army public school to arrive my quarter in war memorial colony (Adjacent to army public school in cantt). A jawan chandra pal deputed at the entrance gate misbehaved with his other colleague suman. Snatched my i card and mobile and then talked in a very rough manner using ' tu kaha ja raha hai', ' tu age chal', 'tujhe dekhta hu'. When i told that i am an officer and behave and talk properly. I charged him this is not the way to talk to anybody. I told that i will complain against you. He told that he had not used any bad language and also told that i will not be able to proof. My question is this is the way jawans in indian army are trained to talk to people or citizens.
