I am a gazetted officer. I was travelling through cantt. Kanpur on 01.12.18 i n my car. At 1205 hrs i was entering to cantt. From lalbangla side towards army public school to arrive my quarter in war memorial colony (Adjacent to army public school in cantt). A jawan chandra pal deputed at the entrance gate misbehaved with his other colleague suman. Snatched my i card and mobile and then talked in a very rough manner using ' tu kaha ja raha...
