[Resolved]  Cars24 Services — RC transfer pending though 4 years 9 months are over

I sold my car (Maruti Alto) to Cars24 on 25-Jan-2020. They promised that everything will be taken care by them on time. But more than 4 years 9 months are over. Still RC transfer status of my car is pending and showing my name as owner.
I am in touch with them through email. But they are not giving any concrete answers to my concerns. Only thing they are saying that their dedicated team actively addressing my concern. This is very scary situation now.
This prolonged delay in completing the RC transfer has left me in a very distressing situation. I am uncertain about what Cars24 are doing with the car. This ongoing situation has significantly impacted my peace of mind and caused anxiety.
