Harassment of recovery team

Hi,

I've taken loan from Cashe and unable to pay the debts due to other EMI payments. Recovery team contacting people who were on my contact list. They taken the data from my phone illegally. They do not even contact my ref people. Due to some reasons I'm unable to pick there calls. So they are threatening my peers and asking me to borrow money from other people. Defamation and Harassment by collection Telecallers

Kindly dont torture my contacts it's not legal by central government of India hacking and giving torture is a crime...

this is regarding CASHe CLN [protected] of 3 lakh which I am unable to pay due to loss of my job and my father died.

please close the loan account as I wont be able to pay beacuse of the worst conditions..

Harassment by recovery agents

I took a loan from cashe and was unable to pay last EMI due to job loss. Now their tele callers and recovery agents, mostly females are harassing and threatening continuosly using abusive language. Also they should be sued for personal data theft. They sync our contact in phones and start calling and messaging everyone in the contact list saying I'M fraud and so on. Also asking them for money and using abusive vulgar language.

Hi,
I have had multiple loans from Cashe in last 2-3 years and always repaid them in time. However during lockdown last year, I lost my job and failed to fulfill my obligations and could not pay last 3 EMIs worth 30000.
I am still to get a job and have written them multiple times for a settlement offer but they never responded.

Abusive on call agent

I got a call stating from cashe saying i have a loan dues since i was not aware so told the person to plz send me the details on my mail id.Later on a high voice he told me to repay i assured him once will go through call you back he began abusing on call.As the mail which i recived is of loan disbursed of last year.Where you have been so many days.Later recived a text message having abuse and vulgur content.Is this the way these people talk...

Cache - Harassment and data threat

Hi,
Due to pandamic I was pushed to take lon in Cashe. Before my emi date come I mailed support team to change my emi and tenure period but no response. Now their coustomer teams is harrasing me in abusive words and also threatening me. They have retrieved my contacts and started send messages stating I am fraud.

I have already raised compliment in RBI SLCC portal. Also going to register compliant in my nearest Police...

Inaccurate CIBIL update

Despite of clearing the dues as per the email they sent to me, it took over 4-5 months to get the things sorted to confirm the payment and update CIBIL that was showing due. Once they confirmed the payment, they messed up the status of loan by updating it as "Settled". Im complaining about loan taken from cashe

I took a loan from cashe, where I was forced to taken an insurance but I was promised to get a 100% refund of the processing fee (on mail and msg). On taking the loan, I was told I will get the processing fee back after full repayment of the loan. Post it, I was told to wait for 60days, then again for 30 days. And, now I’m not getting response.

Cache harassment and torture

We took loan from cashe for 105000 and disperssed amount is 90000.. we already made the payment of 73000 and right now we don't have money to make payment.. we said we will pay by month end and your cashe people are harrassing us by making calls playing jokes criticising our lives saying you have no money to eat.. then how you survive.. I know a ration dealer and will give your number to him to provide ration rice...

Overdues recovery by misbehaving way
