Cashe — Credit line approved but amount not disbursed

I am using cashe since 3 year but this time when I have closed my loan and applied for new loan the loan amount not disbursed since 4 days past. I have sent many mails to their customer support.Every time they are saying there is some technical issue at banks end. How this is possible. Their service getting worse day by day. Just disburse the amount or cancel my application why their is so much time taking?

Updated by amit19012018 Still processing.. either cancel it or transfer the money. Still getting sms and emails from Cashe that you are eligible for loan. Pls apply now and it will be transferred in now time. Wat the hell these people are doing. Already my loan application is processing by them for last one week and still asking me to apply for new loan.. wat a scam
