[Resolved] Cashe — I didn't use the Cash amount

Hello All, I have applied for cashe for 2.75% rate of Interest. On backend they have modified to 16.5 % and taken the insurance amount and then deposited the loan amount in my account. I have asked them to cancel my loan and they asked me to transfer the amount back to their account, I did transfer the amount back to them and now they are asking me to pay the Interest of Rupees 20000/-. Jun 23, 2021 Updated by Putta Rinkesh Hello Team, I have paid the entire amount and loan has been closed. Cashe team shared the NOC however still the loan is reflecting as Active on CIBIL. This needs immediate action.
