I am a customer of Cashe and have taken a loan from your company and I have been provided a loan by Cashe in my difficult time.
Due to some financial crises I was unable to pay the EMI for this month hence have enrolled with SingleDebt and have given LOA to do a payment on my behalf.
Today I had received a call from one of the recovery agent named Mahid from mobile number [protected] to collect my EMI which I attended and have a recording on my mobile I have explained to her in detail about my financial crises and also explained that I have no intention to default the loan and will repay it. But she kept on insisting that I have to pay the EMI and she will not listen to me.
I then connected my Paralegal advisor and conference the call with Mahid ([protected]) but she refused to speak to him and threatened that she will send recovery agents to my home and thrash me up and then call my paralegal advisor back and talk to him.
I am very disturbed and went into a depressed situation with this threat and Mahid was so loud and arrogant on call that my family (Wife and son) was able to listen to her speaking and they are also in feread state now.
If the recovery agents try to harm me and my family by visiting my home and not following the RBI guidelines I will have to take the end step of my life and before that I will share all the proofs to the concern and law.
