I had opted for a loan on 15th August 2018 but there was no response instead I was sent an email to validate the bank account which I did it at the same time. After waiting for hours together, there was no response hence I made up my ind to cancel the loan and sent out an email along with send a message from the app for cancellation. The very next day I got a call saying that I had placed a call for cancellation and the lady wanted to know the reason which i explained. She said that you need to verify your bank account only then this can be processed. I verified once again which i had already done on 15th. To my surprise, I received the loan amount which I didn't need anymore. I called up the lady and she said that since the bank account was verified, the amount got credited basis the 1st request. I insisted her that I do not need this loan right now and may call later if required and asked for the cancellation procedure. She said that if your return the loan amount before 2 pm then the loan will get cancelled on 16th August. After that I sent multiple emails but no one responds nor are they answering my calls. Though I have returned the loan amount which was credited, it is showing a negative balance in the app for the interest charges because they have not yet cancelled my loan request and asking me to pay the interest amount for the loan which I did not avail. Very bad experience and will never recommend CASHe to anyone.
I need this loan to be cancelled and penalty to be paid for the harassment I have gone through. Was this information helpful? |
