Cashe — loan repayment made twice

Dear team i have done twice payment towards cashe my loan through imps and upi on 31st jan 2020. For the same i have sent a mail to [protected]@cashe.co.in along with reference number as well as bank statement still nobody as helping for the same. I have sent mail for this 10 times plz check and help me
Ticket number 3965355, 3965354, 3964966, 3964566, 3964524.
My ref no is[protected] for imps and ref no[protected] is upi

How many days do you required to resolve the issue it's one month am following this. As per latest mail Zahra told you will get the funds on 28th EOD but am not got the funds team. Plz understand the problem and resolve the issue. Who will be paying interest on my amount if we not pay on time you will charge like anything and so many remainder and calls but in terms of service we should begg from you team.

Still how many days required to transfer the amount it's one month am following I raise the complaint also as per last conversation and mail from Zahra I suppose to receive amount on 28th EOD but not got the funds.. Without returning the amount again they debited one more EMI.
Kindly look into the issue on priority .

As per the phone conversation with Zahra on 25 the by 11 am she told funds will get back within 48 hours but I have not received the funds plz help me it's almost one month. Kindly help me.
