CC Avenue — Amount debited but payment not done

I tried making a payment through netbanking on the https://bsk.karnataka.gov.in/ which used CCAvenue portal.
The payment is deducted on my bank account but the CC avenue site is still in "Please be patient while we are redirecting you to Merchant site.
Do not "close the window" or press "refresh" or "browser back button". for a long time.
