[Resolved] Ccavenue — upi payment not received by merchant

I tried to book 3 tickets using cinepolis app on iphone. Payment of rs 750/- was made using upi to [protected]@icic ref#[protected] on 02-nov-2019 from my citibank account. No tickets were however booked.

When i raised a complaint with cinepolis on twitter they claim that they have not received any amount.

Raised a ticket (#206043) with ccavenues on their website but there has been no response from the support team.

CC Avenue Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

The Order No :1097068 for Rs 750.00 with the ccavenue ref no[protected] was a 'Failure Transaction' as we did not receive any realtime authorization from the bank's end. The transaction is auto refunded on[protected]:55:07 it will be credited to your account as per the bank's procedures(7-10 working days .Request you to check with your bank with this bank ref number:[protected].

I had recharged my jio number for the 399rs plan( with 50 rs voucher) on 5th of December 2019 by airtel payment bank and Recharge was successful but I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app is showed that the recharge was successful. Transaction I'd is[protected]
