[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — Excess locker rent debited

I am a staff of Central Bank of India, having locker account with Santoshpur Branch, Kolkata (B/O:3991), the branch has opened my locker in general public mode instead of staff mode on 24.11.2021 for which locker rent of Rs.2714/- was debited instead of Rs.575/-+GST. I followed up with the branch several times by mail and over telephone but the excess amount is not refunded to me since it is 1 month passed. My Regional office has mailed to CMCSCO on 25.7.22 with their recommendation for the refund but still the matter is in dark. It is very disappointing that if a staff is getting this much of harrasment to get back her hard earned money back, then what will be the case of a general public!! It is not only defaming the bank's image but also breaking the trust worthiness of a staff and also of general public.
I am writing this complaint with the full hope that my matter will be solve by my beloved Institution and it will not make its employee to suffer.
