[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — Refund not processed to my account

I canceled my e-ticket of IRCTC through the app on 29th December 2021. According to IRCTC refund has been processed to the payment gateway on 30th December 2021. I used Razorpay as my payment gateway. Through Refund id, I checked and from their part refund was initiated on 30th December 2021. Reference Number[protected]

I went to my Home branch with an application requesting to investigate this refund and I was told that 'No such Transaction was found.'

Please kindly look into it and process a refund.
