I have made a complaint on the captioned subject where water was leaking through the cistern loosing about 500 liters of water per day. I made a complaint through the toll free number and a request number was provided vide no:m[protected]. A service person after 6 days has called in my mobile and i presume his intention was merely explain that he has many complaints to attend (As your products are "exemplary") and not fixing the damaged closet. He has arrogently said that i have tob wait the whole day as he mayv turn up at any time during the day. I kept waiting he has not turnedup. His phone number is [protected].
