I had a horrible experience after buying cera coppa 220 mm commode for 12k. We started facing many issues with it. It was getting regularly clogged. We had raised a complaint to their toll free no and their engineer visited and said everything is fine. However, we kept facing the ssme issue, even after making many calls and raising 10 complaints the local office did not help us to replace it. Finally, i found their customer care directors and managers email id from google and i sent a mail to them. Immeditely the very next i week they got my commode replaced. This is after chasing them wasting my time and enery for five months. Lastly i get to know that tbis was a discontinued product by cera.. But the dealers are still selling it. We common people suffer because of these big companys, they take our money and make us run around. I would never buy a cera product in my life again. Was this information helpful? |
