The flush systems both bathrooms have been damaged and it has been 2 months since i am following up with these people. They call me to arrange the time and don't show up. These are premium priced products and they should take their service seriously especially when its in warranty period.

Each time after they call, they cancel saying that the "customer not present at site"?
Have the courtesy to atleast give a call before cancelling a problem that is in warranty.
