On 6th december i have purchased ceramic 8821 swh shower cubicle coccoon (B2511103) from your showroom "vtj homedecor". (See the copy of bill attached) as it has been assembled and installed, we noticed its defect of not getting drained the water. As we complained then and there itself, we were requested to wait a week or two for correcting it. And as we started using it the defect has been increasing day by day and now this became a piece o[censored]seless wastage of place in the bathroom because of - 1. Water doesn't get drained and secondly leakage of water from the cubicle base 3. Cubicle handle gets crumbled and decayed.
As we complained this the showroom technician came and pasted some gum and tried to stop the leakages confessing the product damage to us. How can a damaged product be corrected with gums and all - absolutely impractical. And how could a responsible company behave so irresponsible like this that even after knowing the damage of a product making no intervention or replacement with apology which any customer expect from a responsible enterprise like cera and its dealerships. So we are convinced that it was to diddle us.
So as rightful customer (Consumer right protection act) we demand from you immediate replacement of the damaged product with new product and a minimum compensation of rs. 50'000/- for the loss of money, work invested and inconveniences caused for us. Was this information helpful? |
