I renovated my bathroom in oct 2013.at that time the dealer said that all products carry a warranty of 10 yrs.but on lodging a complaint that the seat covers hydraulic system is not working.the technician called and said that the visiting fees of Rs150 shall be charged and i shall have to pay for the parts seperately.what is this warranty.t his is cheating in the name of warranty.
My automatic urinal is not working. No water is coming out from cistern. it is a hospital premise, so not resolving this complaint it will make premise in bad state. also seme cerra showers are leaking regularly
