As we are all aware that CESC is one of the Largest Electricity Supply Company. But their Customer Care Executive who are there to help us - the common people. Today, during 1:30AM, the electricity supply failure in our area. We waited till 2 hours. In the mean time, many people in our area called CESC complain board (Customer Care Number - 1912) to launch a complain regarding the Power CUT. But, surprisingly the customer care executives conveyed different resolve time to different people. Many o[censored]s knew that within 1 hour the power supply will come, few told within 2 hours and so on. There is no particular time / solution we got from the Customer Care. Lastly, my mother (aged 52 Years) personally called the customer care and talked with some executive. but being so ARROGANT, the person did not listen to my mother's complaint and just HUNG UP the phone call. Then I called personally and asked why the phone call was hung up without listening the complaint. Is this a right way to talk with an old woman? I have talked with some "Manoj Dutta" - he is arrogant too and told me their rules and regulations. He told me that they have no authorization to hang up the complain call. But when I told him that I am an Electrical Engineer too and I have also well known that there is no particular authorization rules in the calling floor, he started to quarrel with me. I asked his Employee ID but he did not respond me and HUNG UP the call. I think CESC is a reputed company of Mr. Goenka and these type of Public Dealings will hurt his reputation also.
