Dear Sir,
I need clarification on the above mentioned notification with regard to submission of life certificate for senior citizen.
Sir, yesterday I submitted my father's life certificate through mail to SBI- OTTAPALAM BRANCH and CPPC TRIVANDRUM. He is 91 years old.
But today I got a mail from SBI saying
that the letter has to signed by the Gazetted Officer. So would like to know if we have to do that part also . Please clarify.
