DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT AGENCY

They show the cheapest fares compared to any other website (by about Rs. 500-800), then sock you with the highest fare possible. The difference is buried in a charge called "Other", which when contacted they will tell you is a "service charge". Even though on the booking page the same "Other" charge is shown with a different amount. All the while the website continues to show the lowest fares still! They ask you to keep refreshing till you see the new fares! Total frauds. I was even lucky to get a confirmed ticket at all, seeing all the other complaints on this agency.

If you call to complain, they will cut you off and will not pick up your call again. STAY AWAY

    After searching for cheap tickets, we came across the lowest fairs on their website. Once the booking was made online, with credit card payment from our end, they sent an email claiming that our ticket booking is now pending, and may take up to 2 hours to confirm. No call came from their end.

    When we then called them up, they asked us to pay more for the tickets. When we refused, they said they will reverse the payment on our card within a week. No our credit card credit limit has expired and we are unable to make another booking. THESE GUYS ARE CHEATS.

      I booked flight tickets from Mumbai - Bali for 2 people for Rs 62640 for Jet Airways. Jet airways have cancellation charges are maximum upto Rs 3000 per ticket.

      Cheapticket.in have charged Rs 26000 as cancellation charges which is not mentioned anywhere on the site. Also my tickets still shows that they are not yet cancelled. Money has not yet came back to my account either.

      Tickets were booked on Oct 27 2016, Booking Id : 317204
      Cancelled on Nov 10 2016. I was not informed about how much money will be charged as per cancellation.

      A Person named Sitaram called from Noida office and told me 6 hours after cancellation that I'll be charged Rs 26000 in total. This is insane and a frustrating experience. My contacts from Jet airways were very clear that Jet airways do not charge this much cancellation charges.

      I checked the PNR number on Jet Airways site and its coming non-existing now. cheapticket.in is still showing that cancellation is under progress.

        I booked a flight in the month of january 22, and had cancelled it because i chose the wrong destination, i was told that i would get my money refunded after the applicable cancellation charges would be deducted. But i haven't got the amount refunded yet. It was 993 rupees that i ought to get.

                I had booked two Air India return tickets to Agatti from Bangalore on Nov 22, 2015 from www.cheapticket.in . The date of departure from Bangalore was March 12, 2016 and the date of arrival to Bangalore was March 17, 2015. The booking ID is 89794. The round fare per person costed Rs 5309/- . The base fare per person for a round ticket was listed as Rs 3020/- and taxes 2289/-.

                I cancelled the tickets for Feb 9, 2016 and got a refund of Rs 809/- per person.
                The cancellation charge of Rs 4500/- is more than the base fare itself! it is 86.7% of the total cost of the ticket. This is when I cancelled the ticket one month before the date of departure.

                Upon calling cheapticket.in, I was told that the cancellation charges of the carrier will be applied. The website does not explicitly state the conditions of cancellation of ticket and does not give you a warning either.

                I was not properly informed of the cancellation charges. It was not mention anytime during my booking or cancellation. I would like to get a better refund for my cancelled tickets considering I cancelled them a month before. Also such online booking agencies should explicitly inform the consumer of their cancellation policies and be fined for misleading people.

                  I booked 3rd jans flight(₹5927) with last of my account balance, they didn't send any confirmation mail, so i called them, they say it will be confirmed and mail will be sent to you in 1 hr. After 4 hrs they mail me that due to fare difference i have to pay amount 2019₹ more. I replied that I ain't gonna pay any extra fees, as its there fault. Then they say they will full refund the amount in 4 working days... WTF... Now i am stuck here without any money, and tickets for next 4 days, and lets hope its 4 days.

                      I tried to book a Return flight to Jamnagar on Sat, Nov 7, 2015 at 9:01 PM on cheapticket.in. Booking ID: 73079 email ID of airlines: [protected]@cheapticket.in my emaild Id : [protected]@gamil.com. But then the PNR no. was not generated and they emailed that price of airlines is increased and I need to pay INR 2, 960 / - more to get this flight. This was expensive and hence i asked them to return the payment and i would not go ahead for this ticket. My payment is pending since last 27 days After several followups trieng to speak to CS.. last wod I had from company I was been told of refund Full refund... & at last I received the email that my money will be refunded in max 3-4 days. cheapticket.in customer sales representatives are mostly unreachable on phone and keep telling me to follow up with my bank. My bank has now confirmed that cheapticket.in has not initiated the refund. This is not acceptable. I want my money back.

                          I have booked a flight ticket on Oct 20 from Mumbai to Nagpur (Air India) via Cheapticket.in online website.
                          On E ticket provided by Cheapticket.in there is no mention of change in boarding details. When I reached 1 hour prior to Flight Take off at Domestic Mumbai Airport, Air India authorities informed that their Domestic operation changed to International Airport. Till I reached International Airport my flight got missed.
                          No Intimation by mail or Message was provided by Cheapticket.in about change in boarding details. As a result I faced huge financial loss, a lot of trouble as well as mental torture.
                          So I Urge you to look into this matter & Provide me due compensation/Refund..

                            This is very sad to know in this competitive world of service industry, the cheapticket.in believes in sales & not customer satisfaction as i had a bad experience with cheapticket.in so would like to share. On the 6th November 2015 me & my husband kept calling the customer care for endless number of time but no one answered & this was around 5.30 pm. I had done a booking through the website i.e. Bombay – Delhi on Vistara Air but due to heavy traffic in Mumbai on the journey date we knew we would not reach the airport on time & for this we made so many calls to the customer care but no one answered. I then rang up the Vistara airline they said only the agent can help in this case but as said the agent i.e. cheapticket were absent to support us, I had also sent emails in correspondence but cheapticket.in where very firm in not responding. The consequences: Last minute I had to cancel the ticket through the airline direct orlese it would have been a no show & If the agent i.e. cheapticket.in would have answered & put us through the next flight the max fare difference was around INR 7000 but as this wasn’t the case we had to issue a new ticket on another portal for INR 27, 000 per person i.e. INR 54, 000 in total. After returning from our trip i have mailed them the case today, i still havent received any call nor any email in response. I'm waiting for the refund & want to claim for the damages.

                              I have booked 5 tickets for mumbai to hyd in airindia flight but i had aome imp work so i had to cancel it and so i cancelled it within 3 days of booking it and because it was written refundable i asked for full refund The total amount was rs 15000 something. I got their mail saying that out of 15000 i will get back only 4000 something coz the airline has penalty charges but what these cheap people of cheap ticket didnt knew is that my best friend works for airindia and is at big post. He told me these travel guys buy ticket from them in bulk so airindia or any other airways has nothing to do with the penalty charges i[censored] book it from such online travel site. In short the refund money goes in these cheap people of cheap tickets pocket. I want my full refund as soon as possible or else be ready for the notice from the court.

                                I had Book an Flight from Lilongwe to Ahmadabad on Oct 26, 2015.. "Booking ID-54164." But unfortunately due to Lack of seats availability, it was cancelled and Cheapticket says that the amount i have paid Rs. 30, 443 will be Rollback to my account in 3 days. and later on next day they extended the days to 7 Days.

                                So, I booked an another ticket because it was urgent to me. I book another Flight of date 9 November on Oct 28, 2015.. "Booking ID- 56857". My booking is still "In Process" since 18 hours (It should be confirmed in 30 minutes to 2 hours). SO I Called on Customer helpline number +[protected] but noone cares to pick up the phone. I've also mailed them but no Reply.. Even I call the Airline Service but they can't help me as CheapTicket didn't gave me my confirmed E-ticket number.

                                Now, I have total loose of Rs. 65, 250 (Rs. 30, 443 + Rs. 34, 807)
                                Waiting for my Complaint to Resolve otherwise i'll take further steps against the CHEAPTICKET.IN

                                  Dear Rahul Nayak, As already advised, to you several times, as you had declined to buy the ticket and as such we did not charge your credit card, as the ticket was not issued.The amount was not captured , which you can check from you bank as they have not received any debit from our HDFC bank. As you do not have any debit to your account, it confirms that we do not have your money. To verify your card/transaction we had made a test charge of Rs50 only and that also has been refunded to you,as we are a company of high esteem,in business for over 40 years. It is quite possible that your bank has marked lien, and is not making any efforts to remove the lien on your intended transaction, and they can not prove any payment to our HDFC bank or us. they have to contact master/ visa or our bank HDFC bank for any clarification against any debit. Please do not resort to unnecessary complaints. It is your bank's fault who are misguiding you, without prove of actual debit.                                     Booked a return ticket from bangalore to mumbai. The website is highly dodgy. After paying the price I received another email for 1182 rs more. That's when I realized somethings wrong and sent an email to cancel my ticket. Got a confirmation saying it has been cancelled. Within 4 days I'm supposed to get my momey back but it still hasn't been done. This is a fake website which dupes it's customers and is quick to take money. Nobody answering their phones and email response is slow or non existant. This site should be taken down ASAP and peoples money refunded.

                                      I had booked a ticket at your site on 14th October from Guwahati to Mumbai (booking id 36178). At the time of the booking, I was shown that my booking is under process although the payment went through. I did not even get a call from the company, as promised on their website, even after 2 hours. I have been calling them for the entire morning of the 15th of october but there seems to be no customer service.I have left an e-, ail but no response from them. Its been more than 12 hours since I have booked a ticket and the status shown is yet pending.

I had booked the following round trip flight ticket (4 tickets- sujata nambiath, vijay mohan hanjoora, khushi hanjoora, gaurav hanjoora) on Indigo airlines from Delhi to Goa on 19th sep at 00.30am via HDFC net banking. The amount was debited from my account. However, I did not receive any confirmatory email. On talking to their customer care executive Mr. Ranjeet, I was told that my transaction was a failure. I also received a mail from them regarding the same. I did not receive the tickets either. However, cheap ticket.in sent a mail to my bank (HDFC) saying that they have received payment, even giving the transaction details: PayUID[protected] Date 19/09/2015 00:26:37 Merchant URL www.cheapticket.in Transaction ID 9032 Transaction Fee 35240.00 Payment Gateway HDFCNB Status Transaction successful I did not get the ticket, or the money refund.
