Chennai Metro Water Supply And Sewerage Board — polluted water | |||
Since from 23.04.2018, we did not receive water supply. We made complaint by email to the chief of chennai metro. We received response by email from the chennai metro grievance cell. On 25.04.2018, we received polluted water. We made complaint to the area-115 engineer. The metro engineer visited our house on 26.04.2018 and assured that we can good water after two days. We cleaned the sump and received water through chennai metro tanker water service by paying rs.600 (Official rate is rs.400 but the driver demanded rs.600). But till now (01.05.2018) only polluted water is coming in the hand pump. The metro engineer has assured that we can good water after two days. Was this information helpful? | |||
