Chennai Metro Water Supply And Sewerage Board Complaints & Reviews

I have raised complaint many times and still no action taken .There is no proper water pump in my area and totally we have 50 families here.both AE and DE are not responding to any calls .Hand pump is the only source for water .we are struggling for water here....

Hi my resident of kottur and we constantly having this
drainage problem. If we got the line and made the complaint they said they are coming. It normally takes a week for them to attend the complaint that too after several reminders and we need to go the office personally to make the complaint.
First problem is drainage problem. Corporation employees should clean the drainage once in three months for free flow.

I am the resident of kanagam, bajanai koil street (taramani) and we constantly having this drainage problem. Due to sewer main block became all house block for the entire street. We made several complaints through telephone, online and direct complaint for the past 1 month.

So far the problem has not been resolved.

Since from 23.04.2018, we did not receive water supply. We made complaint by email to the chief of chennai metro. We received response by email from the chennai metro grievance cell. On 25.04.2018, we received polluted water. We made complaint to the area-115 engineer. The metro engineer visited our house on 26.04.2018 and assured that we can good water after two days.
