Today, my friend got select to this company. Hr guy asked to submit 8000 rupees for training. Can any authorise person from choice chem tech company will say something on this?

Why you guys are demanding for money if you guys really want to hire some engineers?

Why you guys are not clearing everything before joining? Why you guys are not releasing joining letters and doing paper work before joining?

You should do paper work first then allow any candidate to join company.

Please clarify this.

Please disclose the name who have grievances .
The job placement depends on the merits of candidate . The fresher engineers who approach us simply beg to get the experience certificate and when they come join they do not know even preliminary electronics. If anyone who has left and has been treated badly, should come to management.
The company never force anyone to pay anything towards placement . This is absolute ridiculous .
There are candidates who after gaining experience from choice are working at Middle level and senior level .
