Medical Service denied by Receptionist Ms Nazia (Ortho & Neurology) for ECHS/CGHS Patients

I went to your above hospital on 26 /08/2023 ( Saturday) consult Neurologist Dr. Ramnath Krishnan for my wife. The receptionist Ms Nazia told me that this time she would allow me to see the doctor but next time If I visit on Saturday she won't allow me to see the doctor. Bad condition of road

Address: Vadakkupattu Main Road

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to.bring to your notice that the Vadakkupattu Main Road is in a pathetic condition. Especially after rains in Chennai, it has become unmotorable. There are too many potholes.

The local authorities have laid stones and sand to level the road, but it seems to be worse after that. How would women who are pregnant travel via this road. How are Children supposed to reach schools ( two schools...

service & cleanliness

My son rudraksh r was admitted to hospital on 20-2-19 wednesday early morning. After 4days of treatment there wasn't any improvement in his condition so we got discharged from the chord road hospital and taking him else where.. But we had to undergo a pathetic service in the hospital.. Cleanliness was terribly bad though we informed nurse or the cleaning people they were very arrogant. Totally we are unhappy with the service....

One of the worst hospital ever seen

I had taken my mom for a ear lobe surgery which is a minor procedure which should hardly last for 45 mins. But the doctor in charge Dr Naveen Krishnamurti promised it would be done in 1hr and I can take my mom back with in 2hr. But they took almost 1day to complete the formality one of the pathetic hospital and worst behaviour of the staff which I ever saw and advise people to stay away from this useless hospital....

This is with regard to the hospitalization of my wife Soumya. R, Registration No. 2600/09 between 22.07.2009 and 27.07.2009 for her delivery. I want to bring to your notice the following:

I was forced to take the semi-private ward. It should be at our discretion to choose what we want and not be thrusted choices.
