I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding an issue I encountered while purchasing movie tickets through the Cinepolis India verified WhatsApp bot on 15th July, 2023. Unfortunately, despite the deduction of the payment from my account, I did not receive the tickets or any confirmation of my booking.

I have already attempted to resolve this issue by contacting your customer service email on [protected]@cinepolis.com, but I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. I was informed that the tickets would might be in spam folder, but it wasn't there.
I am highly disappointed with this experience as it not only resulted in a waste of my time but also caused unnecessary frustration. I have been a loyal customer of Cinepolis India for a long time and have always enjoyed the convenience and quality of your services. However, this incident has significantly impacted my trust and confidence in your company.
Therefore, I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a refund of the deducted amount to be processed promptly. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could investigate the root cause of this issue and implement measures to ensure such occurrences do not happen in the future.
