I booked a ticket at Cinepolis - BSR Chennai in Cinepolis Website for[protected], 04:05 PM Dragon movie and amount of Rs.986.35 for 5 tickets has been charged through UPI transaction but the ticket was not booking, it was failed. I didn't receive refund of the money for the failed transaction. Please resolve this issue.
Cinepolis India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    payment made but ticket not loading

    On 5th October, I booked 2 tickets for the movie ARM through the cinepolis website. However, I did receive the tickets and the page got stuck on some error. Money was debited from my account.

    On contacting cinepolis via email, I was repeatedly told that "an update will be shared with you at the earliest". It is now December, after 7 emails back and forth, the support team has ghosted me....

    Cinepolis India money deducted from account ticket not booked

    I had tried to book a ticket for Pushpa 2 the rule in 3rd December 2024, in Cinépolis Orion East Mall Bangalore, Bansalwadi, Bengaluru, India.

    I paid 406.80 INR, my money got deducted but my ticket is not confirmed.

    Can you please refund my mony back. Here are the details of the transactions:

    Amount debited but tickets not issued

    I had placed an order for venom 2 tickets on 28/09/2024 for which I tried to book 3 times
    The amount was debited from my account 3 times for the total value of ₹810 approx and the order was successful for which I’ve received and email as well After which I received an email that the tickets could not be booked .

    I Ravi Kumar, contact no.- [protected], tried to book 2 tickets for "KALKI 2989 AD" through the Cinepolis app on the night of 2nd of August but the money amounting to a sum of rupees 462 was deducted and the tickets were never booked.     Denial of water glass to toddler

    Finally when i urged him he agreed to provide for the same

    payment debited but tickets not received

    I booked 2 tickets today from Cinepolis app for 'Bad newz' movie and also food and beverages. Total bill amount is Rs 1064 it got debited but I did not received the tickets. Also an email came from cinepolis that my Your order#[protected] is successful. But when I sent a mail to support @cinepolis.com with this order ID. They said it was not successful.     Fake promotion

    When I use CINEPOLIS25 code the payment page does not work. When the voucher code is removed, the payment page works. This is just a fake promotion wasting time and resources of consumers....

    I have booked a ticket on Cinepolis website. The payment has been done through UPI and the amount has been debited but yet I haven't received the ticket . And it's not even showing in the booking history the order id is #[protected]. Please check into it and give the ticket ir refund please

      I tried to book 4 tickets of ‘Aavesham’ at Cinepolis mall of Travancore through cinepolis app on the date 09/04/2024. I paid using SBI debit card of my friend in the name ‘Akhil R Thambhi ’. 741 rupees was debited from the bank account whereas the tickets were not booked and we had to pay 741 again and booked tickets.       I've been requesting for GST Invoice for the booking IDs in subject, but not receiving proper response till date. Clearly while booking, I was charged GST on both the values, but GST bill is only provided for ticket price....

      Sir I booked 3 tickets for Godzilla ×king along with a large butter salt popcorn...I made the payment and my account was debited but my booking was unsuccessful... i kindly request you to refund my amount of Rs 1154 as it was deducted without the tickets being booked..i am attaching the required proofs with photos below.Also I got a message of refund being initiated but I didn't received it and neither I got to know about the status of Refund....

      Extremely hot in waiting area

      I came to watch godzilla 3d on 06.04.24 cinepolis janak, new delhi and while waiting I was extremely uncomfortable bcos there was no AC.
      ON TALKING TO MANAGER HE TOLD THAT THIS HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR TWO YEARS AND THAT THERE IS NO SOLUTION....
