[Resolved]  Citibank — EMI conversion after the full Payment is done

Hi

I have requested for EMI conversion but instead of that they sent me full payment statement without converting any EMI which i requested for, but now when i paid full amount not you are charging me the EMI process amount and emi amount

if you converted my EMI the why you should not informed me before i paid full amount
