I HAVE DEACTIVATED MY CREDIT AROUND 2 Years back but still I am getting amount due messages.

Why I am getting balance due. I was reported lose of my card, they blocked.
Meanwhile I don't have any details on card related.

Due to this I have effected my bank civil score
.So that I have payed due on today.

I have loss of my money and civil score. I tried to customer care but calls not connected.

This is worst service..I never go with Citi Bank and never suggest any one.
