I paid the current outstanding airtel postpaid bill today (15th feb 2017) using netbanking mode of transaction. Half way through the transaction, the screen showed up that 'Payment was unsuccessful'. But the amount (2875) is debited from my account but the payment was unsuccessful. Reference number of the transaction is[protected]. Kindly look into this matter ASAP. Please refund or update my balance.

    I paid a payment by citrus but i added s
    Card.
    I paid my covocation fee from ignou site but i added my credit card details by mistake .

    Kindly help me to delete.
    I also wanted to sign in nd sogn up on citrus site. But when i want to login ot is showing no registered account and when i wanted to sign up it is showing already registered.
    I am not getting what to do now.

    I want to delete that saved card how can i do that

    Please help me asap

However, if you still wish to delete the information, please login to our website (https://consumer.citruspay.com) & follow the below steps.

    - Login to www.citruspay.com (Consumer Login) with your registered email id
    - Upon logging in click on 'Show All' available under Saved Payment options.
    - Under My Saved Payment options, you will find all the saved card details
    - Click on delete option & your card details will be deleted.

      I have made a online payment of 673.51 to svs gas agency on 24/01/2017 by using icici online payment mode.. i did not get confirmation of successful transaction but amount was deducted. there was no reference id generated. if transaction was successful, i need to provide proof to gas agency and the receipt was not generated. please assist m eon this.

        With reference to above, I pawan raghunth patil request you. the refund of amount rs 48798/- transferred on 07/12/2016, transaction id sbi is IGAAJWNWH1 and citrus reference no [protected] as I have tried to book Air ticket through Go Air website and paid then state bank of India net banking facility through my a/c was debited my ticket was not booked so I contacted to customer care as per their advise so I have initiate another transaction for booking a ticket and second transition was successful with state bank of india reference no. However till date I havn’t received the failure transaction amount when I contacted to my bank they replied that as per merchant confirmation both transaction are successful a processed so they are not able to refund me so request you to kindly verify your end and refund the amount

            I payed around 11:07 am an amount of 1165 rs through hdfc netbanking via citrus to mepinfra pay. The amount got deducted but my tag did not get recharged. I used immediately another payment gateway and payed via hdfc netbanking and it was successful. Citrus has consumed this amount. I have bank transaction to prove the same. Please find attached error snap shot. It says internal error. How the payment gateway allows amount to be debited from the account when there was internal error in the processing and without corresponding service being offered which in this case is tag recharge. This is shrude way of amassing consumer's money in their wallet. Imagine this gateway being used for billions of transaction;even if they accumulate thousands of rupess from million of transaction they can chime in lot of money with accumulated interest even before remitting the original amount to consumer. I ask consumer forum to take deeper look on way citrus is operating and investigate their fraudulent and corrupt practices.

              i made a payment to hathway internet service provider by citrus payment gateways i got message that payment failed but amount debited from my canara bank account. i messaged several message to hathway with statement clearly states citrus name but they got denied message from citrus.i contacted bank but they told payment has been transferred to citrus.
              worst service provider may be they are fraud...

              I tried to add money to my airtel money. Airtel money could not add money to my a/c for long time. But money got deducted from my bank a/c.

He informed me the money wil be refunded in 2 mins but the amount has not been credited and neither he is picking his phone. His mob no is switched off. I just want to take this into account and do the needful immediately. or I m going to give complaint against him.

According to CITRUS my transaction with MPOnline using Citrus was successful, but Mponline status shows that fee has not paid yet. I did contact mponline customer care but she told me that Citrus has not transferred the money. Please refund my Amount of Rs. 540 (FIVE HUNDRED FOURTY ONLY)

                              Dear sir,
                              This is Faizal Shaikh customer id :- 1520516. Today I was trying to renew my broadband connection plan through online and renewal amount was 6325/- INR. I completed payment process and at the same time session was expired so I tried again and second time I have received hatchway online payment receipt. But now the issue is 6325 /- deducted twice from my account.

                                      I was paying through net-banking (ICICI) and towards the end of transaction when I paid from my bank website I got redirected to citrus wepage showing session expired.
                                      Then I checked my bank account balance, the amount was deducted from there, but then I open my dashboard in Bigbasket.com I was still showing that amount hasn't been paid yet.
