[Resolved] City Union Bank — Dispensing fake 500 rs

CUB ulundurpet ATM dispensed a fake 500rs on dec 27th 2015. I raised the issue with CUB villupuram branch and sent them the fake 500rs via speed post (Ref no: ET[protected]IN). They told they will credit my hdfc acct. But now they are delaying the payment giving petty reasons such as cashier on leave, speed post not received etc. I called them multiple times but no use. Can some one help me ?

I have contacted them many times.sent many mails to their branch mail id ([protected]@cityunionbank.com) and called multiple times in their phone +[protected]. Their response is same it is either cashier on leave or speed post not received. If needed i can forward u the mails chains that i sent them ...
