City Union Bank — fraud by one of city union bank account. lost 2 lakhs

A person with bank account ending with 6369 from indore branch (Ciub0000220) had asked money lying about his mom's health by spoofing one of my friend's facebook account. After transferring money, realized that it is spoof account. Ideally bank should have opened this account with all the required details. Could you please trace the person and help in getting money back? Amount is $3000 (Rs. 2, 05, 890) and the date is june 13th.

I've reported in facebook and they blocked the account.

I ordered food in online ., That order was cancelled the online company had intiatited my refund, but I didn't receive any money in my account..

July 2 at 2.46, i was recharged my jio number via myjio app, amount 299 got reduced but my recharge was not complete, ... i called to jio customer service, they said recharge confirmation haven't received yet, .. please take action on this issue. my user id 4809422
