[Resolved] City Union Bank — fraud transaction from my account

I have got a fraud call from [protected] and they asked for atm number along with cvv number which i have given to them and then from my account a amount of rs 5000.00 has been deducted. The transaction number is 360326 and the time is 09.59pm on 05/08/2017 and pos is [protected]. The transaction has been done from my state bank of india account.
Its my request that please stop the delivery of the goods which they have purchased or cancel this transaction. My contact number is [protected].

City Union Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer
In regard to your grievance, we frequently send awareness SMS/Emails to customers to not to share CARD details / OTP with any one. Moreover Bank will never call for any customer related information. Kindly lodge a complaint with your Home branch with all the details of fraudulent transactions happened so that we can look into this issue. Since this is not the official site for the city union bank so the action could not be taken. Kindly contact our customer care 24/7 for register the same.
