I am dhanasekar. I have buy a specx in lens cart showroom, rs.3452 on 10/11/2019 my payment method is cub debit card swipe the amount is debited for my account but banking issue amount not credit in lens cart showroom after 6 hrs later refund my cub account. But after 10 days 18/10/2019 afternoon cub bank debited my account rs.1000 my bank balance rs.-2452 why when will you credit my amount it's emergency...

Cash deposit Machine is very worst in ramanathapuram branch I lost my amount till one week I have not recived positive call from bank. All are lazy fellows in the bank I have approach this complaint for 15 times but no one is resolved my issue. My transaction blocked amount is Rs.16500.pls look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
