I have booked train ticket via my paytm app. The amount has been credited from my bank account but in Irctc booking app it's showing payment dues from Bank end . The transaction ID is [protected] . Please get me the money back. I didn't even get in the train and also money has been debited. Please check with the attached picture to know detailed
