I was paid the amount to the shop of just buy cycles, ambathore at chennai on 20/6/2018 in the evening session at 7.45 pm. Due to the machine problem, there are two times debited my amount rs. 5190. I already complain raised through a mobile phone call. The customer care person told your amount will be returned within 24 hours. But still, i have not received the amount rs. 5190. Hence, i request you to return the amount in my account kindly. This is for your kind information and takes necessary action immediately.
