Cleartrip — About the refund of my flight tickets

I recently booked a flight (fully refundable) by cleartrip and later I needed to cancel it due to timing issue so I cancelled it.The company promised to get me a refund in 5-7days but it has been 25 days since and still I haven't received my refund amount, They are ridiculous and there is no customer support for it.

Updated by PankajPP This complaint still hasn't been resolved.The cleartrip has not given back the money to my bank still.
