Cleartrip — Regarding medical insurance

I had booked the ticket YDD72J-pnr no. I had to cancel the ticket due to medical emergency. I had submitted the docs but they require the mbbs and I had submitted- of ayurvedic doctor. I requested them to aloow me to resubmit but they havent reesponded...
