On Dec 7th 2021 we booked flight tickets for Hyd - Goa / Goa - Hyd (AIRLINE PNR & TICKET NO. IV5IUV, WMZ26Z). Total 7 tickets to and fro and it cost around Rs.72, 668. Our journey is on Dec 15h 2021 (Wed) to Goa from Hyderabad and return on Dec 20th 2021 (Mon) from Goa to Hyderabad.
We booked the flight tickets via credit card (My CC ended with 8983). We processed the transaction on Dec 07th 2021 evening and waited for the confirmation. In the late evenings we received a call from ClearTrip customer support mentioning that the card holder name and traveler's name are not matching and tickets can't be processed. After a long discussion the executive mentioned that we will hold your tickets for now and will get back.
As we didn't receive any update from you I raised a request with AXIS bank and asked for their help. They raised a request and allocated a temp credit on my credit card. In the last month bill the amount is reflecting and I am supposed to pay on or before June 18th 2022 (Rs.72, 668). I am already in debits and I can effort this amount again
Surprisingly after a couple of days (before Dec 13th 2021) we received a call from your customer support mentioning we can't process your tickets and we need to cancel them. On Dec 13th 2021 the tickets got cancelled and I got a refund of Rs. 9, 656.00 (For your reference you can find the credit card statement below). Could you please check and let me know when we can expect the remaining amount (Rs. 63, 012.00).
Because of this issue the team which planned to go to Goa dropped me and excluded me from the group. Which is a big insult for me and till now none of them contacted me for other trips.
Kindly request you to please look into these cases and do the needful at the earliest. Let me know if I need to provide any more information.
