I made payment a ticket on 11/01/2022 with trip id[protected]
Cleartrip claims that the UPI transaction did not complete, but my account was debited.
The booking shows this message
Your booking was not completed as we've received a failed status from the payment gateway. If your account was charged, it should be refunded to the same within 3-12 working days.
I checked with my bank(ICICI), they said that the beneficiary account has been successfully credited so there is nothing they can do from their end,
These are the details I received from ICICI regarding the amount credited to cleartrip.
Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs 9389 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary Cleartrip account XXXXXXXXX1465 on 11/01/2022 13:49:02 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank.
