Cleartrip — Amount not refunded of transaction unsuccessful

I tried to book flight tickets through cleartrip twice on 11/02/2022. The transaction was unsuccessful but the amount was debited from my bank account both time. It been four days and the amount is still not credited back into my bank account. I tried to contact them on customer care but no contact number or toll free number is provided on the website. This private site does not demand the evidences attached to the public complaint.
Nevertheless, the supply of the evidences is a rule in India, if, likely, the customer wants his money back or the other material result. The evidence is a material thing in Indian law.
After the evidences and request of the customer are seen by the decision maker, he/she can decide on the output in the particular dispute.
