Cleartrip — Disappointed with Cleartrip in First Experience of booking ticket on it

I stay in kuwait.. I tried to book a flight from on 15th of may on clear trip thru net banking .. but ticket is not booked.. money also debited from my account.. still i didn’t get it refund in my account.. i got email on the same day that payment failed then still money is not refunded, as well i pass by my bank couple of times, they said it should be from website itself.. i had checked with amazon payment services agent as well they informed me to check with clear trip website.. im very disappointed as this was my first experience with on clear trip for booking flight.
