I had booked two flight tickets for a round trip from Mumbai to Goa (Mumbai-to-goa date ticket for: 22/10/2022, Goa-to-mumbai ticket for: 25/10/2022) through Cleartrip on 15/10/2022. My booking was confirmed on cleartrip's website and it said "Please wait a few hours to download e-ticket, awaiting PNR confirmation." I have still not received any ticket confirmation from the airline (the airline website says our tickets do not exist) and it has been two days now and the e-ticket download section says "This trip has not been ticketed". The total amount I paid for the tickets is around Rs. 30, 000 which is a lot!
The customer support section on cleartrip's site does not work and says "they're having issues". Their customer care phone number[protected] claims to send the trip details on SMS to our phone (which doesn't actually happen) and doesn't even connect us to their support executive. I'm in utter distraught over this very serious situation as I've to fly to Goa this week but my tickets are not confirmed, neither am I getting any support over this situation. I genuinely hope that I get my tickets soon as it is an urgent matter that needs attention.
ConsumerComplaints has been a great help in times of my distress and this is a very important issue that must be dealt with as soon as possible.
