Hi Consumer team,
I'm having a pending refund of Rs.101306 yet to be received from Cleartrip team.
I booked my international flight ticket from Chennai to Denver on 18th December 2021 for my higher studies in US. Due to prior class starting date I cancelled my flight ticket within 24 hours in Cleartrip website.

Airline: Vistara and British Airways
As per Aviation ministry there should be no cancellation charges and full amount should be refunded back to the customer if he/she cancelled the ticket with travel agent (cleartrip) or airline within 24 hours.
I called the customer care at first they said we are processing refund and it will be processed within 3 to 5 days. But after 3 days I got call from the Cleartrip finance team saying we don't issue refund because it needs to be cancelled with airline directly and saying some unrelevant answers. Due to this I'm so stressed and my higher studies are getting spoiled.
As a student I'm reaching out to you guys to help me get my refund and send me to US with your best wishes!!
