I orderd a cardigan worth usd 14.69 on date 18 december 2017 & yet not recive till today. Please give me answer about it, when i get my order. I pay all the money of the cost. 23 days is enough to deliver the order. I complain after a hues time. Either refund my money back or give my order verry soon, in 2 or 3 days. I had ordered Item NO. CJA[protected]N from club factory but i got different jacket. And amonut is mention on courier is Rs. 606.91 and i already paid Rs.734.95 . I want to more shopping with club factory please solve my issues.

    Team club factory,
    I got the order no. So10855807 for my product. I check the status for the same product and found the tracking message as -
    "package not picked/received by client" and "incomplete shipper pickup address and shipper not contactable" as per delhivery courier system.

    I received the tracking number i. E.[protected] from you in a message as well with the name of delhivery courier service.
    I think many like me are facing the same problem. What is the problem? Please resolve it fast and ship my product to me this week latest on priority.

    I want to return my above mentioned order no. because the product delivered to me was defective and not of good quality. I am not able to find the club factory customer care number. I had already made the payment online at the time of placing the order. I want to return it ASAP and want the refund.
    The purse which i got is very bag quality and jewellery i got is not wat i ordered
    I had purchase the hair extension on 25th of June 18, i get order no SO27985779 but still I didn't get my product, payment already done by card payment, if any issue or problem please reverse my amount .

      I have placed an order on clubfactory and when it got very delayed i contacted customer care of club factory when enquired he manipulated things and made me disclose my card details then he transacted rs.8, 499 ph no: [protected]

      My order wasn’t delivered and when I contacted customer care, they told me that the products were in transit and refund would be initiated by 25-May-2018. Its 30th today and the order was to be delivered on 12th.

      Same think happen with me today. He told me just for confirmation, give me your order details. I given him my order details, then he reply me, your order is canceled, bcz of your address is not fount. we will canceled your order and refund your money, and then you can order again.for refund process you have to share your card details with me, I told him, how I share my card details with you, then he told me, then he ask me you have bhim or tez app, I say yes, I have tez app, then he told me I generated your complaint and your complaint number is 17900. you will get your complaint no, on your phone, Actually he send me request for money i.e 17900 rs, and luckily my other account was default selected and in that account I don't have that much of amount, So I got message your don't have sufficient amount. Then I realized this is fake.

      The reason behind this, Club factory customer care number is not correct/available/not reachable which is given on there own website. customer search there number on google, and fraud person take advantage of this, It's my suggestion/request to Club factory plz update correct number on your website. Already you take 10 to 20 for delivery, after long wait, if any issues in delivery service, obviously customer will frustrated and they try to contact.

      Dear sirs
      Cheating and fraud in the name of online shopping – Club factory – regarding.
      I reside at the above address and as part of online shopping I contacted in online for purchase of certain items. And as such we have received certain items from the online shop namely Club Factory. But when contacted them for certain items to be returned/exchanged, ( order number SO[protected] they said they will pay back the amount and asked us our debit card number for making the payment back. Having the idea of receiving the money back, we gave the details. But instead of paying back the money they have withdrawn money from our account. At the first instance they have withdrawn rs 9999/- then immediately we had blocked our card suspecting fraud.
      Immediately they called up and asked us that the withdrawn money is done by mistake and that they are returning the money along with the payment and hence they asked another card number to do the transaction, then again we believed and did as they said. They attempted two transactions Rs. 9999 and Rs. 9990. But within ten minits we could realize that they are professional fraudsters and are doing this type of crime in the name of Club factory.com, Gurgaon with much professional skills. We have blocked the second debit card also and reported about the incident to our bankers and in writing gave a letter to them . All these people have spoken in Hindi only.
      All the phone calls and messages we have received from the following phone numbers
      1. [protected] 2. [protected] 3 [protected] 4. [protected]
      5. [protected] *6. [protected] ( A lady calledup from this number claiming her name as Jothi and said she will recover the amount so that she asked our debit card number at 11.30 pm, in the night. ) 7. [protected] Jawanjet found in true caller.( we did not lift this call)
      They said different names but in true caller it appeared as RAAJKUMAR, SUSHEEL KUMAR, RAJESH KUMAR, Rahul kumar, Sharma club factory online shopping.
      They said they are calling from Gurgaon, but the truecaller identifies that they are in Bihar Bibhuthinagar and Maharastra.
      All these fraudsters claimed that they are from the customer care from “ CLUB FACTORY’
      The way they approached us is so professional that they have not even given time to think about anything and behaved as if time elapses they cannot transfer the money.
      When we asked them to repay the money to our bank either through NEFT or RTGS, they said all their transactions will be done through card only and not in any other mode.
      One Mr. Susheel kumar who called up from [protected] ( He is active in whatup also) when asked, why he did fraud to an extent of rs 30000. He replied that he has Rs. 30000 in his account but if we give him another debit card details he will transfer the amount. We did not accept for it and said we will approach the police. He said, ok you can either complain to police or any one, no one can do anything and asked us to contact Customer care of Club factory. Then he switched off his telephone.
      The fraudsters we do not know are really from Club factory., ( are may be hired persons from club factory) but are getting more negative image to Clubfactory online shopping. Women in India especially in our locality hesitate and limitations in approaching the police., however we ask you…, is it not your responsibility to focus light on those who are responsible in spoiling and image of your reputation?
      We submit the above information for your future action on such fraudsters so that more innocent people particularly women who have passion over online shopping will not fall as prey in their hands. If your technical team help in identifying those culprits., it will help you and so also we will have hope of recovering the lost money.

      Just 15 days back I was cheated for 4600 RS. I had to return the product and while the refund was made to app wallet it was withdrawn immediately by someone which I enquired with customer care they said it's been transfered to ptm#.they gave me the number and it was not my number at all. It's from different state and till now I haven't got this resolved by club factory executive. All they say is amount withdrawn and it's hacked by someone. Sorry can't help

      Same experiance I just had what Neha Sirohi faced !!! Somebody withdrawn refund amount of about 1300 from my account to his/her PAYTM wallet as soon as refund came. When enquired with customer care executive, he gave PAYTM account number which is not mine (PhoneNumber:[protected]) ! This number is always switched-off, if you try to call! Customer Care Executive is not ready to resolve this issue and asking to go to Police! They are all fraudsters !!! It is very clear that someone is keeping watch on refund amont and immediately gets swapped away from your account. My argumement has been with them that all refunds MUST go back to same account from where payment is done (any eCom site like, Amazon, Flipkart, Aliexpress, etc. follow the same principal); but they do not want to listen to that. It looks like so many are facing such issues, but no one is able to stop these fraudsters !

        The issue is related to the order# so8767413

        Ordered 28 items and returned 21 due to the bad quality of inr 10816 but have received the return of inr 8466 as they have not included the jacket worth 2675 but have taken the return of the item i have not sent!!
        What kind of return team do you have who do not check the item properly and now we as customer is suffering to get the refund amount back in our accounts

        Will never recommend anyone to buy from club factory as they are looters, what you see on the app and what you receive is totally rubbish!!

        And when you want to return, it'll be a nightmare because first, they will not refund the shipping fee even when the mistake is their's (Super low-quality products) but they boast in their faq's that return shipping fee will get refund if club factory is at fault!!

        But the ground reality is they don't!!

        Now i would urge club factory to clear my refund immediately as i don't explore anymore with your team who have no expertise in solving the case!!!

        Please refund the pending amt immediately as their customer care team is not responding!!!

          Hi,

          I have placed my club factory order on 26 december 2017. I have received messages on order no and tracking no also. But i have not received the parcel yet. When i tried to track the order, it is not available in my order list as well. Are you tryin g to cheat?? Below is my order details. Please do the needful if you are not actually cheating.                             I bought a shirt with order no. S09938989 from club factory. The size is very small and it doesn't fit me. I want to return the product back. The product was delivered on 3rd january. I want a refund for the product. I bought the shirt with two other items. The other two items are ok. I wouldn't return these.                                 It is a fake company, fake website, they will definitely not refund your amount.
                                Product quality is just a #. They are robbers. Product quality is too low. I decide to return the order. They don't have pick facility so i parcel the order to there given address. I didn't receive my refund yet. They are robbers

                                    Hi i order a jacket from club factory whose order number is so8998475 and due to the issue with club factory they havn't delivered the product and they are saying that they have raise a refund for that before 2-3 weeks. But i haven't received amount till now. When i asked to customer care they said that ask your bank for that and when i had a conversation with my bank they replied that the amount has been settled to your merchant and even though bank provided me reference number for the same transaction also and i. E. [protected]. I want to know how my refund will come.

                                      Its been 9 days since we've ordered a winter jacket and there is no information about how it could be tracked as the page is not allowing us to do., 3 to 4 business days is the maximum time given to deliver the product. Will somebody at least note and rply on this otherwise we wud love to cancel the bloody order.
                                      Customer satisfaction is definitely to be kept in mind while you do business like this at least be in touch and take the pain of informing what the he'll going on

                                        I have not received my order physically.. And club factory is messaged that the order is delivered.. Also i have done online payment of the order.. Order no. So11089188... Will i get my order or money back... Or i have to forget those money.. A serious action would be taken on the company.. As there are others too who are facing these kind of problems!
